That second one... Reminds me of that Vsauce episode when her talks about when cartoony things become creepy. It's right on the edge lol because it's still cartoony but almost life like... The third is like that but I get more of that sense of realism then in the second lol. Still badass and I hope they tap back into the show somehow.

You mean the uncanny valley? The idea created by roboticist Masahiro Mori? Yeah, that's basically the idea that if something is very human-like, but isn't quite spot-on, then it creeps us out. Bam! Here's a graph of it.  |

MissingNo came over to my place this weekend and made my roommates and I watch this show. I don't know how I missed this as a kid, but I'm glad I've seen this as an adult. The art is pretty dark, but i'd love to design a room based on the art featured in it.
