This is a really cool multiplayer mode that doesn't require anything except ArmA II: Operation Arrowhead. Basically there are 4 roles that you can take:
Blufor = Police of Northern Takistan
Opfor = Police of Southern Takistan
Independent = Terrorists, kills Blufor and Opfor, rob's civilians
Civilians = You can work in the mines, harvest fish and game or become a criminal and do drug running or rob people
On the server I play on, they will be switching up the roles but this is basically what they are. Some servers may look a little different but all are essentially the same.
